ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Senior Consultant, you'll act as a point of contact and sparring partner, both towards the client and the candidate. Your daily tasks include not only serving as the primary point of contact and sparring partner for both clients and candidates but also playing a key role in translating business strategies into concrete candidate profiles.
With a natural curiosity and sharp analytical ability, you'll ask the right questions to get to the essence. This is done with a view to defining the perfect profile that not only aligns with the client's needs but also fits the company's culture and ambitions. In collaboration with our dedicated sourcing & research team, you'll then delve into our extensive network to identify ideal candidates. Your skills in conducting in-depth screenings and personal interviews will enable you to make an accurate match between the job requirements and the candidates' capabilities. Throughout the process, you'll guide both candidates and clients, providing support and advice at crucial moments.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a role focusing on human interaction and advising, such as in recruitment, project management, HR, sales, or another form of business services.
Has HBO and/or WO level of education and thinking.
Thinks strategically and analytically, with a natural curiosity to thoroughly understand and comprehend matters.
Has excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Is open to personal and professional development.
