ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a talented, driven and highly motivated Sourcing and Research Specialist to join our centralized search team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sourcing and identifying top talent for a variety of roles. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential job candidates across various channels and platforms, as well as conducting market research to support the SCM Consultant team's efforts. As a Sourcing and Research Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for a wide range of roles.
THE MAIN CHALLENGES ARE:
Source candidates for a variety of roles using a range of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, database search, and other online sources.
Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, industry-specific challenges, and competitive landscape related to the client in general and the job-specific assignment in detail.
Collaborate closely with SCM Consultants to understand their hiring needs, provide search result insights/challenges and identify best candidates for open roles.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, ensuring that there is a sufficient pool of candidates for current and future positions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing activities and candidate interactions.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and discuss alternative solutions with the Search Team Leader
Stay up-to-date on industry trends in Logistics and Supply Chain.
Actively utilize the provided industry learning tools.
Be able to translate the business strategy into the desired candidate profile.
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar sourcing and research role within a recruitment or talent acquisition function.
Familiarity with various sourcing and recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, FileFinder and/or Talentis.
Knowledge of or experience in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain
Analytical mindset, strong research skills and ability to gather and analyze information from various sources.
Ability to summarize key requirements and translate into search criteria.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail while managing a high volume of candidate information.
Ability to achieve given targets through a process driven approach.
Be interested in learning different cultures and business models within various organizations.
Positive attitude and a passion for recruitment.
Master the English Language in Writing and Speaking, Dutch is a plus.
