We start the search process with a unique 360˚ degrees approach, where we conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders connected to the vacant position within the organisation. We focus on business strategy, culture and challenges. An overarching view is created, which forms the fundamental aspects in the search for the ideal candidate.
The key findings are fed back during an alignment meeting and summarized on our online platform. This platform is accessible during the entire search process and provides a structured overview of the assignment and the progress made.
With the acquired knowledge from the 360˚ degree conversations, we compose a detailed job profile. Based on this job profile, we start our search process.
Using our wide network, the SCM Executives database and other tools, a longlist of potential candidates will be created. These candidates will be approached and questioned on their interest in the position.
Interested candidates will be screened during a video call to determine whether they fit the role and are actually interested.
Selected candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interview. During this interview, critical questions will be asked about competencies, relevant knowledge and personal characteristics.
A shortlist of selected candidates will be presented in a face-to-face meeting. Per candidate we will share our conclusions regarding: experience with key goals as defined in the 360˚ degrees report, personal fit and challenges.
The preferred candidates will follow the interview procedure the client. If desired, SCM Executives can provide the necessary support.
For an additional fee, an extensive assessment will be organised in collaboration with our partners. Optionally, SCM Executives will create a very specific business case to test the candidate’s approach when being put into the role.
Final candidates will be invited for a final interview. The completed assessment and business case may be used to challenge the candidate on their results and choices made.
SCM Executives will conduct reference checks.
After a critical evaluation of the interviewed candidates, a selection is made. In the rare case that no suitable candidate is found, we will continue our search.
The finalists are asked to complete a salary form which will be shared with you during the process. If desired, SCM Executives can provide the necessary support during the negotiations for the contract and terms.
After signing the contract, we will stay in regular contact with the placed candidate. During this time, we can keep the client informed of the candidate's progress and development, both professionally and personally, for the first 6 months.
