14 steps to the right leader

View each step in detail
  • We get to the heart of your organisation by interviewing various decision-makers about the organisation, the business strategy and their vision of the ideal leadership profile. We dare to be critical and keep asking where others stop.
  • Based on what we learn from these conversations, we thoroughly map out the organisation, its goals, its challenges, as well as any potential areas of friction.
  • We will then present our findings to you. As a sparring partner we ask challenging questions, reveal any areas of friction, challenge you to look at the situation differently, and provide advice.
  • Is everyone aligned and is the profile razor-sharp? Then we deploy our unparalleled network. By creating a solid foundation like this, the actual search for the right leader is much faster and smoother than it would be otherwise. There is less ‘noise’ because all the decision makers are aligned to a common goal.
  • Our communication is open and direct throughout the whole process. You will have 24/7 access to a personal online portal in which we share the developments.
